Concerning last homeowner meeting

Hi Everybody, *
*I am sad to say that the HOA meeting on March 16th, that we did not have a
quorum of Bent Oak Residence at the meeting, even counting proxy votes. So
the meeting will have to be rescheduled within 60 days, the bad part of it,
is it will cost approx. $200.00 to reschedule the meeting. The notification
will be sent out to everybody when we can set it up with Orange County
Schools for the room. I will keep you posted on this..... Dave *

Annual Meeting

Mark your Calender for the Annual Bent Oak Meeting on MARCH 16TH, at 7:00PM, sign in starts at 6:45PM. It will be at Clay Springs Elementary School, right across the street from Bent Oak. The meeting this year will be in the Music Room. If you can not make it, be sure to sign the Proxy, and Ballot and send it in, this is very important so we can have a quorum, we hope to see you there..... Dave
